I made it through the rest of the Reset and am quite happy to be finished. I do think it was a really worthwhile endeavor. I feel much more energized and I did lose 4 pounds.

I am actually really enjoying the process so far. In a strange way, I’m sort of not looking forward to the Reset ending on Friday. Having the structure of the program has really made the eating thing rather uncomplicated and it is a welcome break.

The PA called me yesterday with the results of my shoulder arthrogram and it is official: my shoulder sucks. He said that the diagnosis is multi-directional instability.
